I’ve put a lot of work and dedication into Detail and Clean so I can provide you, my customers, with the best service I can possibly give. I have been in this business for a long time, and I’m thoroughly trained, but unfortunately, from time to time, mistakes do happen. That is why I do a full walk through at the end of every clean and detail. Please let me fix any mistakes or concerns you have before I leave, so you can be happy and satisfied, and therefore I can be happy and satisfied as well. If you realize something wasn’t cleaned to your liking after I leave, call me, and I’ll come back and fix the issue.

Q: Do you provide the detailing and cleaning supplies?
A: Yes, I provide all of the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, and only ask to use my customer’s water and electricity…and in order to prevent odor or germ transfer, to use my customer’s vacuum cleaner while house cleaning…of course I can certainly bring my own vacuum cleaner if requested.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, I’m fully insured and bonded, and Detail and Clean is an LLC. I hope this provides you with a peace of mind, knowing that you are protected from any potential damages that could occur during the cleaning or detailing process.
Q: How much does your service cost?
A: The pricing depends on the size of your house and/or vehicle and the condition, and type of detail or clean you desire, or the type of miscellaneous service (And More) you would like completed.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Detail and Clean is opened from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm…unless it’s commercial cleaning, which takes place in the evening.
Q: Do you use a cleaning or Detailing Checklist?
A: Yes, I’ve been a house cleaner, and car detailer for over thirty years, and have even cleaned yachts, and office buildings, and through trials and tribulations, I’ve come up with a pretty darn good successful cleaning and detailing method. If you have any questions about the cleaning, or are interested in some of my cleaning tricks, please don’t hesitate to reach out!!
Q: Will it always be just you doing the cleaning and/or detailing?
I usually work alone, (unless it’s commercial cleaning), but under certain circumstances, I may bring an extra set of helping hands, (other professional cleaning/detailing techs), who will be insured, bonded, and background checked as well.
